This is DINs first newsletter and of many to come. We will try to shed some light on the activites that we see as important, globally and locally. Much because the technology and principals we believe in at DIN is not just a Nordic thing, it is a global initiative. We will also keep having informational events focusing on SSI and nordic and global initiatives.

Global news on self sovereign identity

We have mentioned it before, but Germany is leading the way with great work to a better digital identity, and is now also organised in a great ID organisation that pushes SSI. We in DIN take inspiration
USA and Homeland Security is pushing SSI with a program called Silicon Valley innovation program. We were lucky to have a visit from one of the participating companies to tell us the principles behind this program and why Homeland security is funding this
